What is Pre-Shipment Inspection?
Also known as Final Random Inspection (FRI), this is the most critical step in the quality control process. It takes place when 100% of goods are produced and at least 80% are packed in export cartons.
We don't just "look" at the products. We act as an independent police force in the factory, randomly selecting samples based on international statistical standards to verify conformity against your specifications.

The cost of a defect is $1 in the factory, $100 after shipping.

What We Check: AQL Standard China
We adhere to ISO 2859-1 (ANSI/ASQ Z1.4). We categorize defects into three classes:
Unsafe conditions or contravenes regulations. Tolerance: 0%.
Product failure or reduction in usability. Tolerance: 2.5%.
Cosmetic defects not affecting function. Tolerance: 4.0%.

Checking for scratches, dents, color discrepancies, glue marks, and material quality.
Functionality & Safety
Full function test. On/Off checks, assembly tests, hi-pot tests for electronics, smell tests.
Packaging & Drop Test
Verifying carton strength (ISTA 1A drop test), inner packing protection, and assortment.
Barcodes & Labeling (FBA Special)
Scanning FNSKU/UPC barcodes to ensure readability. Checking "Made in China" labels and shipping marks.
