We believe that quality control is not about "finding fault," but about collaborative optimization. Our inspections are designed to refine production processes and ensure every item meets the highest standards. When we deliver excellence, our clients thrive and place more orders--creating a stable, long-term, and profitable partnership for everyone involved.
Quality Commitment
Suppliers must explicitly agree to independent Third-Party Quality Inspections (TPI) prior to shipment. If goods fail to meet the agreed AQL standards, the supplier bears 100% of the cost for rework, replacement, and any resulting logistics delays.
Human Rights & Labor
We only partner with factories that uphold ethical labor practices. The use of child labor, forced labor, or maintenance of unsafe working conditions is strictly forbidden. Suppliers must fully comply with local labor laws and safety regulations.
IP Protection
Client confidentiality is non-negotiable. Suppliers must respect intellectual property rights and sign Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs). Unauthorized sharing of designs, molds, or trade secrets with third parties is a severe breach of contract.
Right to Audit
REPA reserves the right to audit manufacturing facilities, production lines, and relevant records at any time to verify compliance with this Code of Conduct. Full transparency is mandatory for all our partners.
No Unauthorized Sub-contracting
Production must strictly take place in the approved facility inspected by REPA. Unauthorized subcontracting to other factories without our prior written approval is strictly prohibited to ensure quality control and ethical oversight.
Our Partnership Promise
We believe that the best business relationships are built on trust and mutual respect. We do not squeeze our suppliers for the last penny; instead, we aim for sustainable, long-term growth for both parties.
However, this trust is fragile. We demand total honesty regarding production capabilities, lead times, and materials. We treat our suppliers fairly, and we expect the same professional integrity in return.
